Capabilities
Predicts antibody and nanobody structures, and antibody-antigen complexes, from sequence without MSAs. Input: heavy/light (or VHH) sequences, plus antigen sequence for the complex mode; output: predicted Fv or complex structures with confidence estimates.
When to use it
Academic antibody-antigen complex prediction. In a company, use ImmuneBuilder/ABodyBuilder3 for Fv structures and Boltz-2 or Chai-1 for complexes.
